Q1: What's the recommended advance booking time for your services?
To secure your preferred wedding date and allow for meticulous planning, we recommend booking our services as early as possible.
Q2: What is the typical timeframe for receiving the finalized deliverables?
We commit to providing status pictures on the same day or the next day of the event for those who have completed the advance payment. The signature album will be delivered within 1-10 days after the event. Expect the program teaser within 1-3 weeks, and the Wedding Highlights will be shared within 25-40 days of the events following the completion of the album selection.
Q3: Are you available for travel?
Certainly, we thrive on embracing new adventures to craft unforgettable wedding experiences. Our services extend to destination weddings, and we are more than willing to travel to your dream location.
Q4: Is travel and accommodation provided by the client?
While we include travel in some quotes, there are instances where travel and accommodation need to be arranged separately.
Q5: Could you provide information regarding your payment terms?
We secure the event date upon receipt of a 25% advance payment. The remaining balance is divided, with 50% due on the event date and the final 25% upon delivery of the output. Please note that the deposit is non-refundable in the event of client cancellation or changes to the event.
